The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton’s department of Workforce Development and Community Education offers educational and training opportunities outside the scope of credit programs.

Workforce Development is designed to support local business and industry by cultivating a highly-skilled workforce in Central Arkansas. This is accomplished by leveraging the college's facilities and human resources to provide short-term, customizable, cost-efficient training to meet the needs of each individual company that requests our services.

Community Education provides opportunities for personal enrichment and lifelong learning. This may include courses that improve efficiency in a skill or just for enjoyment of learning. Community education courses are designed to serve and enhance our community and its citizens, including reaching children and youth through summer camps/programs and working with local school districts to provide educational opportunities for students.

Workforce Development and Community Education Classes

A variety of workforce development and community education courses are offered throughout the year so participants can learn something new, advance hobbies to the next level, or upgrade skills to help in their career.
