Accounts Receivable Policy
Students are required to pay tuition & fees prior to established deadlines. Balances must be paid in full, charged to a financial aid program or have a tuition payment plan established (see E-cashier on the college website). If one of these has not occurred, the student’s registration may be cancelled.
If a student has outstanding balances after the semester begins, they must begin making payments. If the account is more than six months delinquent, it is then included in the D F & A Set Aside Program and the College will seek to collect funds from the individual’s state income tax refund. Students may not be allowed to re-enroll if their account is delinquent. The student’s file may also be sealed during this time. For more information, please contact the accounts receivable department at 977-2023.
