Step 1

*Complete a UACCM Application for Admission ONLINE or PRINT and submit to the Admissions Office.

Step 2

* Provide results of ACT or COMPASS testing. 

Scores are only valid for five (5) years.

Step 3

*Provide an official high school transcript, GED scores.

Must be an official high school transcript with a stamped school seal or General Educational Development (GED) scores. Please request that the institution mail the transcript directly to the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, 1537 University Blvd., Morrilton, AR 72110. (If transcript is in a maiden name, please ask high school to indicate your current last name on form.)

Step 4

Provide shot record.

Arkansas State Law requires all students to provide proof of immunization for measles, mumps, and rubella for all students. (Two measles immunizations, one mumps immunization and one rubella immunization; MMR)
