The University of  Arkansas Community College at Morrilton Phi Beta Lambda chapter will host the fifth annual UACCM Pageant. The UACCM pageant is open to current UACCM students and seven other categories for girls between the ages of birth and 17 years. Contestants may compete in the prettiest smile, prettiest eyes, prettiest hair, most photogenic, and crowd favorite categories. Those competing for the title of Miss UACCM will be judged on beauty, professionalism, speech presentation, and interview skills.

Age

Birth - 3 Years Old girls

Each child in age groups 0-3 will go on stage with one adult and move to center of stage. At this time, the contestant should smile, be cute, and show personality. Each contestant will be judged on beauty, overall appearance, and personality. NO pageant dresses or glitz allowed. The attire may be holiday, flower girl, or Sunday best. One outfit is needed.

4 - 13 Years Old Girls

Each child in age groups 4-13 will enter the stage for a group line up then, enter on stage one at a time. Each contestant will model, turn in the center of the stage, and continue to other points. Each contestant will be judged on beauty, overall appearance, and personality. NO pageant dresses or glitz allowed. The attire may be holiday, flower girl, or Sunday best. One outfit is needed.

14-17 Years Old Girls

Each child in age groups 14-17 will enter the stage for a group line up then, enter on stage one at a time. Each contestant will model, turn in the center of the stage, and continue to other points. Each contestant will be judged on beauty, overall appearance, and personality. The attire may evening wear, party, holiday, flower girl, or Sunday best. One outfit is needed. Note: Contestants will NOT be interviewed.

Ms. UACCM (ALL UACCM STUDENTS)

Each contestant in Ms. UACCM will compete in three rounds.

Round One: First, the contestant will enter the stage for a group line up, and then each contestant will come on stage on at a time. Each contestant will model, turn in the center of the stage, and continue to other points. Attire will be evening gown.

Round Two: This round will be a career attire competition. The contestants will come on stage as a group and then individually to model her chosen career suit or dress. The top five will be named for Round Three.

Round Three: The contestants will be asked an interview question from the judges while wearing their career attire. Each contestant will be judged on beauty, professionalism, knowledge of interview topic, and speech presentation. After the top five contestants have completed the interview portion of the competition, all contestants will enter the stage as a group in their evening gown.

Note:

• Pageant schedule could change due to the number of contestants.
• Contestants need to arrive at least one hour before their scheduled competition time.
• Remember, all contestants must be entered before 4 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2011.
