Description
Howard Johnson-Conway is part of a four hotel franchise investment group, Phoenix Hospitality Inc., and is affiliated with the Wyndham Hotel Group LLC; the world's largest lodging franchisors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation of HoJo's Sales Action Plan aimed at furthering the growth and development of PHG in Central Arkansas. This sales and marketing representative will do more than just sell hotel-related services. They will be the face of the company.
This is an entry level position, with a sales expense account.
Pay
Salary will be commensurate with candidate's qualifications and experience.
Time
Full-time/Work-at-home schedule negotiable
Qualifications
1. Two (2) years of college, degree desirable.
2. Prefer hotel conference group and/or resort sales experience.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Assertive, outgoing and self motivating individual with pleasant personality.
5. Must willing to travel throughout central Arkansas
6. Must have reliable transportation
7. Computer proficiency required and must have access of a personal laptop computer and cellular service.
