From the UACCM website (www.uaccm.edu) locate the advising appointment booking icon. When you click on the booking icon you will see the page below. Enter your Login and Password as instructed below. If you did not have a middle initial listed on your college records, please use an X for your middle initial.
The first time you login you will be asked to confirm your student information. You MUST enter an email address that you most often check. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment at that email address. After you enter your email address click “Update and Continue.
You will then be asked to select an advising appointment session type. If you are attending or have attended UACCM, select Current Student. If you are new to UACCM, select New Student.
Once you select an advising appointment session type the calendar will appear. If you do not see open days, you selected the wrong advising session type. Select a different advising session type.
Next select a time.
Almost there! You will see your selected appointment date and time. If this information is incorrect, click on Step 4 Select Date and reselect date and time. Then complete the remaining steps.
If you plan to complete your UACCM graduation requirement in December 2011, indicate that in the box below. Once you verify everything is correct, finalize your appointment.
You have completed your appointment. You will receive an email to the account you provided when you logged in. You can also print your appointment information.
You are ready to log out. We look forward to visiting with you during your advising appointment.
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
