UACCM is authorized to award an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts degree. The AS in Liberal Arts degree provides a foundation to prepare students for a bachelor's degree program. Your advisor can help you select classes in specific focus areas such as music, computer information systems, health related careers, mathematics, etc. Only the listing of Associate of Science in Liberal Arts will appear on the transcript and diploma.
Twenty-seven hours of general education electives are required. General education courses are listed here and must include eight hours of mathematics, science or technical courses applicable to a specific Bachelor of Science Degree.
